I agree with the poster who stated that Karoly is amazing. I worked with Plated Creations for my birthday party. I was expecting 24 guests (I think we had 26) and I didn?t want to spend the entire evening (and days leading up to it) working ? I wanted to have fun.

Karoly and I spoke on the phone, met in person and corresponded via e-mail to work out menu and details. This was not an easy crowd ? I had people coming who refuse to eat any veggie to vegans ? a diverse and tough crowd to please. Karoly has some wonderful ideas.
We did ?interactive? flatbreads that everyone loved! Followed by 6 bite sized foods. However, Karoly surprised me with a lamb lollipop in addition to the menu that we had agreed on.

Everyone ? and I mean everyone ? loved the food.

In addition to the wonderful food, they did a great job setting up, serving and cleaning up at the end of the night. Karoly and his team were professional and personable. And I had a fabulous evening, as did all of my firends/guests.

I highly recommend Plated Creations. Have them at your next event and all of your guests think you are a genius and will be complimenting you for having such a great, innovative caterer at your event!
